Meetings and Resolutions section
You need to create a folder for your most recent Annual Meeting and upload any documents from that meeting (Agenda package, other meeting materials, minutes). If you have already scheduled an upcoming Annual Meeting you can create a folder for that meeting as well. You need to both create a folder and upload a document for the status icon on the dashboard for this section to change to green. Although you can upload any document format in this section, it is best to try and upload documents in PDF format so that your Directors can easily view the documents in the in-app viewer. Other document formats (e.g. .doc) must be downloaded and then opened with the specific application.
You are not required to use the GovernWell platform for Board Meetings but at any time you can create folders for your most recent and upcoming meeting(s) and upload the relevant documents. This is not necessary as part of the initial setup.
