I did not receive the password reset email

When you enter your email at https://app.governwell.ca/Account/ResetPasswordForm the GovernWell software will immediately send you an email with a link to reset your password.

If you do not see the email in your Inbox, and refreshing your email does not work, please check your spam/junk email folder as the email may have neded up there.  Here are some basic instructions on how to check your spam/junk email folder.

To check your spam/junk folder, open your email application and look for the folder in your list of mailboxes on the left-hand side or by tapping a menu icon. You may need to click "More" or a similar option to see all your folders, including the spam or junk folder.
 
On a desktop or web browser
  • Gmail: In the left-hand menu, click the "More" option to expand the folder list and then select "Spam".
  • Outlook: In the left sidebar, select the "Junk Email" folder. If you don't see it, you may need to check your account settings or subscriptions.
  • Other providers: Look for a folder list on the left-hand side of your screen. You may need to click "More," "More folders," or a similar option to see it.
     
On a mobile device
  • Gmail: Open the Gmail app, tap the three horizontal lines (hamburger icon) in the top-left corner, and select "Spam" from the menu.
  • Apple Mail: Open the Mail app, tap "Mailboxes" in the top-left corner, and then select the "Junk" or "Spam" folder.
  • Other apps: Open the app, look for a menu icon (often three lines or your profile picture), and find the "Spam" or "Junk" folder in the menu that appears. You may need to look in settings or under a "Spam protection" option.
     
After finding your spam folder
  • Browse the messages for any legitimate emails that were mistakenly filtered.
  • If you find an email that is not spam, open it and look for an option like "Not Spam" or "Report not junk" to move it to your inbox and help improve the filter.
