If you began an account creation but did not complete it, the system will not allow you to create a new account with the same corporation name, however, you are able to edit the corporation name once the account is created.

To work around this, please alter the corporation name (perhaps by dropping the last word) and create your account, then once you are on your dashboard, go to the Basic Corporate Information section and edit the Corporation Name to the correct legal name of your corporation.
