Corporate Registry – Annual Information Return - As you may not have completed an Annual Information Return filing to the Ontario Corporate Registry for your previous fiscal year (or depending on how you completed the filing you may not have a digital copy of the filing), to get started GovernWell will upload a copy of a current Corporate Profile Report. Once you have "activated" your Dashboard, GovernWell can complete an Annual Information Return or Notice of Change Filing on your behalf to bring your information on the Ontario Corporate Registry up to date.

CRA Annual Filing - You can upload a digital copy of your most recent CRA Filing (T2 if you are a not-for-profit or T3010 if you are a Charity) under the CRA Annual filings section.
